Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lokshala.org deeply values every contribution and donor’s support. Donations once made cannot generally be refunded. However, we understand that errors can occur.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of donation.
• Refunds will be processed only for duplicate transactions or errors.
• To request a refund, please email us at info@lokshala.org with transaction details.

Cancellation

Donations cannot be cancelled once processed. In case of payment failure or duplicate charge, please contact our support team.

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
