Message from the President CA Sana Baqai
Lokshala was born from a simple conviction: that financial literacy is not a privilege—it is a public good. Over the years, this belief has guided us into classrooms, communities, and conversations where confidence replaces confusion and informed choice replaces fear. We have seen firsthand how a basic understanding of money—saving, borrowing, investing, and protecting—can alter life trajectories. The numbers matter, yes; but what matters more is judgment, discipline, and ethics. Old virtues, timeless returns.
Looking ahead, the future of Lokshala is deliberately ambitious and responsibly grounded. In the coming year, we will scale our financial literacy drives with a sharper focus—reaching students, women, first-generation earners, and small entrepreneurs across Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions. Our programs will blend traditional wisdom with contemporary tools: budgeting with behavioural insights, investing with risk awareness, and entrepreneurship with compliance consciousness. Technology will amplify our reach, but human mentorship will remain our anchor. Progress, after all, must be personal.
This year also marks a significant milestone in our thought-leadership journey with the upcoming launch of The AI Age Entrepreneur. The book explores a question that every modern founder must confront: How do we build responsibly when machines scale faster than judgment? It is not a hymn to hype, but a guide to balance—where innovation walks hand in hand with ethics, governance, and long-term value creation. We believe this work will add depth to the national conversation on entrepreneurship in the age of artificial intelligence.
As President, I am both proud and grateful—proud of what Lokshala has built with integrity, and grateful to those who have trusted this journey. The year ahead will demand adaptability, courage, and collaboration. Lokshala is ready. Our books are balanced, our vision is solvent, and our commitment remains uncompromised.
May the new year bring clarity of purpose, courage in action, and compassion in leadership. Together, let us continue to learn, to serve, and to build a financially aware and ethically grounded society.
Happy New Year.
President
